If you are not receiving email from EducationPlannerBC:
verify that your account email is correct
search all folders (especially Spam/Junk folders) for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org
send a blank email to email@example.com so your email system can recognize our email address as OK, then request the password or account email again.
NOTE: EducationPlannerBC Support is closed for the Easter holiday weekend. We will reopen Tuesday, April 23rd and will respond to emails in the order they were submitted.
